Rudy Abrams, Principal, Head of Development
Rudy is the sole foundation of YRJ Capital Group and heads the development division. Over the last 20 years Rudy has been instrumental in over 1,000,000 square feet of development in the New York metro area. Rudy manages the development process including project management at YRJ Capital Group. Rudy brings over 20 years of real estate experience including, investment, property and construction management.
Joseph Abrams, Principal, Head of Business Development
Joseph brings to the table a wide knowledge of business development and leads YRJ Capital Group Franchise entities while pursuing YRJ's businesses as an anchor and value add for many locations. Managing and expanding YRJ's franchise investments is a core element for our commercial sector.
Michael Abrams, Vice President, Head of Investments
At YRJ Capital Group, Michael is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including acquisitions and due diligence. One of the key elements that makes YRJ Capital Group's investments a high return while maintaining a low risk factor is the principle of having not one or two vehicles of strategy for entering the market with new product, but multiple. Ron Johansen, Director, Project Management
Ron brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, building everything from residential developments to custom homes, from shopping centers to commercial buildings. Ron is always looking for the latest cutting edge technology or new green concepts to enhance our projects. This focus enables YRJ Capital Group to produce the ultimate combination of cost effective, environmentally beneficial and architecturally stimulating buildings, and to achieve our goals of profitability and asset enhancement.
Albert Aran, Property Management and Leasing
Albert covers a full spectrum of management services so that YRJ Capital Group is able to maximize the value of the maintained real estate assets. Albert diligently maximizes ROI by attaining and maintaining full occupancy rates at the properties he manages. His responsive property management creates outstanding tenant relations, thereby helping to ensure the long term value of the real estate.
Sabrina Gupte, Associate, Accounting
At YRJ Capital Group, Sabrina manages the accounting department. She is responsible for the accounts receivable and accounts payable. Sabrina's day to day activities include invoicing, expense reports, reconciliation, loan requisition processing. Sabrina also handles all AIA requisitions and insurance requirements of the contractors. She has been a trusted employee and is crucial to the well-being and productivity of the entire staff.
